A sexy steel handle flogger! This is a beautiful flogger for sure! The handle is Stainless Steel, with black leather tails. The tails are cut from a oil tanned chap leather they have a bit of a bite, some sting with a nice thud. 5/8 inch wide and 21 inches long. Feels good on either end!
